What is CAMP Week?

Since 2014, CAMP Week has brought together the international identity and access management community for an intensive week of knowledge sharing, problem-solving, and networking.

Originally standing for Campus Architecture and Middleware Planning, CAMP has evolved to be the featured IAM conference track within Internet2 Technology Exchange (TechEX), attracting IAM professionals in research and education from around the globe to come together to shape the future of identity management.

CAMP Week is a Unique Two-Part Experience

Part 1: Community-Curated Sessions

The first half of CAMP Week features peer-reviewed presentations selected by a program committee from community-submitted proposals, showcasing:

Implementation of case studies and lessons learned
Emerging technologies and innovative solutions
Best practices and architectural approaches
Strategic insights and future trends

Part 2: Advance CAMP (ACAMP) ‘Unconference’

The second half of CAMP Week transforms into Advance CAMP (aka ACAMP), a dynamic unconference format, where:

Participants create the agenda with their current challenges, opportunities, and ideas
As many as five concurrent breakout sessions run each hour
Collaborative discussions tackle emerging issues in real-time
Community scribes document insights for continued reference
