IT and IAM teams across higher education are beginning to use AI for day-to-day work: writing and troubleshooting code, working through complex IAM documentation and configurations, accelerating ticket resolution, maintaining codebases, and exploring new workflows that can interact directly with IAM platforms and services.

At the same time, institutions are working through important governance questions. What AI tools are approved? What data can be shared? How should AI-generated work be reviewed? And how do institutions provide staff with the guidance they need to experiment responsibly?

This IAM Online session brings together practitioners and IT leaders who are in the middle of it. They’ll share real-world examples of how they’re using AI to support IAM operations and development, how their institutions are approaching governance and adoption, what’s working, and what they’re still trying to figure out.
