Self-Paced Courses: 

All purchases of self-paced courses and packages are final. Due to the nature of digital access to training materials, we do not permit cancellations or refunds for self-paced courses once purchased. In cases of extenuating circumstances, please contact meetingregistration@internet2.edu to discuss your situation.

Live Courses: 

For each scheduled live training session, cancellations received on or before 11:59 PM EST 10 days prior to the event start date are entitled to a full refund less a $50 administrative fee. There will be no refunds after this date. If you cancel after this deadline and have not paid by any other means, your credit card will be charged the cost of the registration fee.

If you need to cancel your registration within the no-refund period, you may transfer your registration to another person from your organization or defer to a future live training session within the same calendar year, subject to availability. To cancel, transfer, or make changes to your registration, please contact meetingregistration@internet2.edu.

Important Note for Bundle Purchasers: If you purchased live training as part of a bundle, note that the self-paced portion of the bundle is non-refundable. You may transfer the live portion of the training bundle to a colleague within the same calendar year, subject to availability. To make changes to your bundle registration, please contact meetingregistration@internet2.edu.

In the event that a live course does not meet the minimum enrollment requirements, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the course. Participants will be notified approximately 10 days before the course start date if minimum enrollments have not been met. In such cases, participants will have the choice to either receive a full refund for the live session or utilize their payment as credit towards a future scheduled session within the same calendar year.

• Self-paced options: You will have access to course materials in Canvas for 4 months of access from the registration date.
• Live virtual options: You will have access to course materials in Canvas for 2 months from the last day of training.

You are assigned a fixed number of VM hours based on the course package you register for. If you register for multiple training packages, you will receive the full allotted hours for each of them. You can use the hours as needed. They do not expire. However, we are not able to offer additional hours at this time.

Yes! You will receive a digital verifiable credential once you complete the course requirements. These are typically distributed two weeks after the course is completed and are valid for two years from date of issue.
