InCommon is conducting a brief survey to help determine the direction of the InCommon Certificate Service for 2020 and beyond. The survey is similar to those conducted in 2016 and 2018 that drove the development of subsequent work plans that enhanced the Certificate Service.
The service, formed in 2010, is designed by and operated for the higher education and research community. The feedback helps shape the service into the best fit and value for the community. Past improvements have come directly from survey responses, including implementing single sign-on for the Certificate Manager system and making available ACME SSL Certificates.
What will the next round of enhancements include? We don’t know yet, but be assured that your feedback provided here will be heard and considered!
